As a general rule, liability claims asserted against SKLARA UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and relating to damage of a material or conceptual nature caused by the use or non-use of the information on offer and/or the use of incorrect and incomplete information are excluded, unless evidence of wilful intent or gross negligence on the part of the company can be furnished. All offers are subject to alteration and are non-binding. SKLARA UG (haftungsbeschränkt) expressly reserves the right to modify, supplement, delete or cease the publication of parts of the pages or of the offer as a whole, either temporarily or permanently.

If a reference is made to third-party websites (links), either directly or indirectly, which lie outside of the area of responsibility of SKLARA UG (haftungsbeschränkt), a liability obligation would only come into effect insofar as SKLARA UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is aware of the content of the websites and insofar as it would be reasonable and technologically possible to prevent the use of content if said content were illegal. Consequently, the author expressly declares that the websites being referred to were free from illegal content at the time the links were created. SKLARA UG (haftungsbeschränkt) endeavours to observe the copyrights for graphic material, audio documents, video sequences and texts employed, to use graphic material, audio documents, video sequences and texts of its own production or to make recourse to royalty-free graphic material, audio documents, video sequences and texts. All trademarks and brand names mentioned as part of the online offer and, where applicable, protected by third parties are subject to the provisions of the trademark law applicable in each case and the rights of ownership of respective registered owners. Without restrictions, merely mentioning trademarks is not grounds for drawing the conclusion that said trademarks are not protected by third-party rights. The copyright for published objects produced by SKLARA UG (haftungsbeschränkt) itself remains with SKLARA UG (haftungsbeschränkt) only. It is not permitted to duplicate said graphic material, audio documents, video sequences and texts, or use them in other electronic or print publications without the express consent of SKLARA UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

4. Validity Of This Exclusion Of Liability Clause

This exclusion of liability clause shall be considered to form part of the online offer being referred to on this website. If parts or individual semantic elements of this text do not correspond or no longer correspond to the prevailing legal norms, or do not correspond to the latter in full, this shall not affect the content and validity of the remaining parts of the document.
